Eligibility & how to join

This campaign is open only to first-time depositors in Malaysia, i.e. users who have never made a deposit on Pionex.

Deposits made before you join are not counted.

Deposit rewards

Your tier is based on your net deposit (deposits minus withdrawals) in the 3 days (72 hours) after your first deposit.

Tiers do not stack: you receive the Bonus of the highest tier reached. All Bonus rewards are issued as a Futures Grid Bonus.

Withdrawing funds before the reward is distributed forfeits your eligibility. Please keep your net deposit until the reward is distributed.

Physical Card & Black Card rewards

The card task is open to users who reach the 1,000 USDT tier. Open a Pionex Visa virtual card and spend 10 USD in total with it during the campaign to complete the task.

Pionex Physical Card: limited to 50. Users are ranked by the time they complete every condition (join, reach the 1,000 USDT tier, open the virtual card and spend 10 USD), and the first 50 each receive a Pionex Physical Card.

Pionex Black Card: after the campaign ends, 1 winner is drawn at random from all users who complete the card task.

After the campaign, Pionex will contact the winners to collect a shipping address. If a winner declines or cannot be reached, the place passes to the next user in the ranking.

Distribution & fair play

Rewards are distributed after the campaign ends. Final amounts follow official settlement.

Suspected wash trading, self-dealing or multi-account collusion is disqualified. Pionex reserves the right to make the final decision on all matters relating to this campaign.
